Tonight we carved pumpkins. the kids helped me with the first one, which can be found on Amanda's blog. I did the second one and decided to try something new. I had seen pumpkins which were only carved on the surface, yet the glow still showed through. I decided to try this, as the detail can be much more intricate. I had a few mistakes and it might not be completely clear what the picture is entirely, but I think it can be figured out. all in all, not a bad first attempt I guess. I know what i did wrong, so my next one should look significantly better!
