Santa's Workshop in Mtn.Grove

There will be a Santa's Workshop at the Mtn.Grove YMCA on Friday and Saturday, December 12th and 13th. There will be lots of hand crafted items by local artisans for Christmas presents. Saturday morning there will be breakfast with Santa. This is sponsored by the MGHS band boosters.

Cummins Tools will be having a tool sale at the Mountain Grove VFW on Friday, December 5th beginning at 11:00 a.m. and concluding at 7:00 p. m. Cummins Tools has been coming to the Mtn Grove VFW for several years and carry a wide variety of tools. They also have some toys and houshold/kitchen items. Do not miss this opportunity.

Rock Sculptures near Mtn Grove

These stone sculptures are southwest of Mtn Grove. Go to the airport and go south and turn right on the second gravel road and you will find these cool sculptures on the south side of the road. It looks very nice and whoever takes care of them keeps the grass trimmed very neatly. It is worth the drive to see them.

Department of Revenue Announces Reopening of Mountain Grove Contract Office

WRIGHT COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Revenue (Department) today announced that the Mountain Grove contract office will reopen on Monday, September 8, 2008, and the interim agent will be Britney Michel.

The office is located at 807 N. Main Street, Suite 5, and the office phone number is (417) 926-3333.

Office hours are: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
