Fishing at Lake Dawson on June 26
We went to Lake Dawson again on Friday evening the 26th of June. If you look close you can see Mary and Glinda across the lake. It was hot and the fish were really slow to bite but the photo below shows "Big C" and one of the fish he caught.
Now that is a fish for a young man to be proud of and that is also a smile to be proud of. The smiles make the fishing worthwhile. Glinda and mary each caught a catfish and "Big C" and I just caught bluegill. The photo below shows the total stringer. Glinda caught the really big catfish. I figure it weighed in the range of 6 to 7 pounds and it made some nice fillets.
