TV Westerns - Jim Bowie
We sat and watched six old 'Jim Bowie' TV westerns Sunday evening. The first was an introduction of how he invented the "Bowie Knife" and how he got Sam Black to build it for him. During the run of the six shows we saw Telly Savalas of 'Kojak' fame and again we saw Claude Akins of 'Movin On' fame (Thanks to my Daughter-in-Law Amanda for reminding me of the show he was in) . The copyright dates that I noticed were all 1957. Watching these old westerns sure is neat.
