Ozarks "Black Gold"

The three videos below were taken today when we hauled the Grandkids "Ozarks Black Gold" to the hullers. Black Walnuts are a cash crop here in the Ozarks and every fall when they start falling from the trees people, young and old can be found picking them up and taking them to a huller to be processed. They are then paid depending on the weight of the hulled walnuts. This year they were worth $13.00 a hundredweight. A description of each video will be in the box on the left as you click and view the video.
For those of you whom have never seen black walnuts going through the hulling process I thought this might be interesting for you.
