Ahh, yet another visitor. It sure is great living in this wonderful part of the country. As everyone probably knows all 3 of our cats are no longer with us. One got smooshed by a car and the other two just dissappeared. One night after dark we heard something outside the office window that sounded like a very large cat screaming. It took us all by surprise for it sounded like a very very large cat, not a house cat. We looked outside and didn't see anything. Some time went by and we forgot about it. Then later Em came running in the office and screaming that she just saw a really big cat on the back porch. Again we looked out side and didn't see anything. Then on Mothers Day Jenni made a startling discovery. While at the zoo with Em they saw some pictures of different animals and Em said Mommy that is what I saw on the back porch. It was a picture of a Bobcat. Now everything is starting to make sense, from the house cats never wanting to leave the back porch to their strange dissappearence, the large animal I have heard walking in the woods directly behind the house but out of sight, to the loud cat screams we heard. It would appear that our new visitor would be a Bobcat. Now, I just need to have the camera ready at all times.
