I ran across a great idea from another blog this past week that I've been wanting to try. The idea is a picture a day. This allows you to share everyday pictures on your blog as well as giving you a chance to play with your camera settings / photo programs. All while getting feedback from friends and family.. yep that's where you all come in and leave me comments

I may not get around to posting everyday and I'm not sure how well it will work since I have a limited amount of space here. I don't want to change back to blogger.. we'll just have to see how it all works out. Don't get any ideas that I'm taking up photography as a hobby. lol. I'm only doing this to help me learn more about my camera and to help me take better family photos.

For now I have 2 pictures to share with you. The first one is the view out my front door looking at all the rain we've received in the last 14 hours or so. The second one is a picture I took of Angel a couple days ago. I've been meaning to post it, I already posted it on my myspace.
