My son Connor looks forward to his turn for snack day every month. His teacher asked if I would make a snowman cake since they are doing several things with snowmen in their classroom right now. Here is the cake I made. I baked it before we went and enjoyed dinner at my in-laws house. Then afterwards I came home and decorated it.
