Once upon a time there was a kingdom called the land of Muse. Muse was a wonderful kingdom full of riddles and rhymes. King Billy was a good and kind king. His villagers were happy to live in such a wonderful place. Muse had rolling hills, a beautiful stream, and a lovely town center where the villagers could gather and share stories and poetry.
Most days as you strolled down the streets of Muse you’d likely run into Lady Jo Janoski making her morning stroll down to the workshop. You could wave at Harry Furness and his two children. Bubba, a local engineer who was “not quite right,” if you know what I mean. Even so everyone loved to sit around and hear him tell stories. Over on the corner you could stop in for a piece a cake at Amanda’s bakery. There you would sometimes find Farmer Joe stopping in to visit his dear daughter-in-law. Miss Shirley lived down the street in a house that ironically resembled a mouse and everyone loved to gather at Karen’s who was passionate about her weekly potlucks. A structured non rhyming man named Terry McDermott could usually be found talking politics with some of the townsmen. As you turn down main street say hello to Miss Jodi who seems to always answer the question “How are you today?” with a simple reply “Just Paisley thank you”. St. Thomas Orthodox Church stood tall down the street. Jenni moved into a new house and ever since no one has heard from her. There is a new girl in town, Rizalyn. She seems to be more of the simple type. Bob Hazelton worked for a company called Pulp Diction so he only stops in once a month. The kingdom was full of wonderful people.
All was well in the kingdom of Muse until the nasty Sam Paul Adam Madden, SPAM for short, showed up. SPAM was an ugly, mean, wicked man who had an obsession with littering the town with his filthy junk. He also had a strange love for a nasty type of processed canned food but that’s not important. Anyway one day SPAM showed up and wanted to take over the village of Muse. King Billy was outraged and declared war on SPAM. The battle was long and brutal. Every time King Billy thought SPAM was gone he would magically change shapes and come back in a different name but King Billy always new that it was SPAM. In the end it was the townsmen that stepped up to help King Billy rid the kingdom of SPAM once and for all. For together they were strong and as soon as SPAM would stick his ugly head out someone would report him and within seconds he was banned again. Eventually SPAM took notice that there was no way he could win against the kingdom of Muse. The kingdom was never able to completely kill SPAM but he knew he was forever banned from the kingdom. The kingdom of Muse, King Billy and his people lived happily ever after.
