Today we had a TEAM planning meeting. Followed by court, after that we were suppose to have a visitation meeting but it got canceled, then to Wal-Mart to get her some clothes. Poor thing only came with a couple pair of shorts and some tank tops. It's been chilly! After that we went out to lunch and then to the school to enroll her in school. She was so excited she said she didn't think she had ever bought so many clothes in her entire life. She got about $100 worth of clothes. I think she's still trying them on!
My hand hurts from signing papers and I think my ear is going to fall off from talking on the phone so much. I am 100% sure that I didn't talk on the phone this much when I was in high school. lol.
All-in-all things are going really well and she is adjusting wonderful. It's so sweet to hear her on the phone because she's always telling people how much she loves it. She told everyone she could tell that she felt safe because she was living with a police officer... of course I'm not sure she would have felt that way last night when I ended up having to call the police and Jacob calling me frantic and telling me to get out the extra handgun.. that's for another blog... Anyway she told her Grandma that we were very entertaining.. haha.
I'm tired! I wanna nap but Jacob beat me to it.. darn him!
